Terms of Use

1. What Storm Client is

Storm Client is a third-party software utility for the game Roblox, distributed as a private license. It is not developed, endorsed, sponsored by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation in any way. Using it is entirely at your own risk, including the risk of action taken against your Roblox account by Roblox Corporation.

2. License grant

When you purchase a plan, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to run Storm Client for the duration of that plan (or permanently, for the lifetime plan). A license is tied to a single device via hardware ID (HWID) on first launch.

• You may not share, resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute your license key.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software itself.
• We may reset your HWID a reasonable number of times on request (e.g. after a hardware change).

3. Account access

Dashboard access uses Discord OAuth login. You're responsible for keeping your Discord account secure — anyone with access to it can access your license through the dashboard.

4. Payment and billing

Plans are billed once, up front, for a fixed duration (or permanently for the lifetime plan) — there is no recurring subscription. Payments are currently processed as cryptocurrency through NowPayments; Storm Client does not receive or store your payment method details.

5. Refunds

Because a license key is a digital good delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are final once a key has been generated and delivered to your account. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us on Discord before requesting a chargeback.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Sharing or reselling your license key.
• Attempting to bypass HWID binding or license verification.
• Using the service to attack, disrupt, or abuse the license server or other users.

We may revoke a license without refund if we determine it's being used in violation of these terms.

7. No warranty

Storm Client is provided "as is." Roblox regularly updates its anti-cheat systems, and we make no guarantee that any feature will remain undetected or functional at any given time. We do our best to keep the client updated, but availability isn't guaranteed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Storm Client and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software, including but not limited to Roblox account termination, loss of in-game progress, or loss of purchased Robux/items.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Storm Client after a change means you accept the updated terms.
